Wealth and Personal Banking (WPB) is our new global business combining Retail Banking and Wealth Management; and Global Private Banking, to become one of the world’s largest global wealth managers with USD1.4 trillion in assets.  Our dedicated colleagues serve millions of customers worldwide across the entire spectrum of private wealth, ranging from personal banking for individuals and families, through to business owners, investors and ultra-high-net-worth individuals.  We provide products and services such as bank accounts, credit cards, personal loans and mortgages, as well as asset management, insurance, wealth management and private banking, that best suit our customers’ needs.

We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as an Head of Retail Banking Product

In this role, you will:

• Assets’ business and product strategy.
• Overall Banking, Cards, loans and mortgage sales from all channels.
• Directly responsible in delivering overall Cards acquisition target including oversight of third party mono line channels
• Leading Retail Banking Products transformation towards Digital
• Customer growth of card only and x-sell into PB customers
• Integrate into digital ecosystems to scale customer acquisition across segments
• Identify strategic partnership opportunities to further engagement including digital
• Lead a team of permanent and direct contract staffs
• Responsible on overall budgeting and business planning of Retail Banking Products and ensuring smooth execution of related business plan, including close monitoring with all related risks, both from Financial Risk and Non- Financial Risks.
• Collaborate with WPB Top Team, Team Network, Wealth, RBB, FCC, HR and DBS Team Regional and Global Team (Retail Banking Products, EBS.)

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:

• Post Graduate degree with over 10 years experienced in banking.
• Implement and improve Retail Banking Products control testing, working collaboratively with all related stakeholders
• Minimize Fraud risk
• Minimize Financial Crime Risk
• Minimize Operational Loss
• Manage Reputation Risks related with Retail Banking Products
