Job Description

  • Drive/Implememt Sales Quality Assurance frameworks in entire Retail Bainking & Wealth Managment network which is applicable and feasible for local business and in compliance with Global Minimum Standards.
  • Implement Sales Quality (SQ) policies and measurement to track and evaluate sales quality delivery across all S&D channels for both Wealth & Retail Banking businesses.
  • Perform Sales Quality checks , Customer Callback, Sales Quality MI reporting, SQ News Letters ...
  • Conduct Sales Quality training and accreditation for S&D colleagues
  • Launch/implement Mystery Shopping program for both Wealth and Retail Banking SQ, including fieldwork and scoring/assessment the shops conducted by shoppers . 
  • Ensure the implemetation of all update guidance/policies related to Customer Callback, Cross Border policy, PVC ...   
  • Work closely with key stake-holders from across S&D channels to maintain consistent SQ standards across business and proactively support business thru SQ sharing and on-site engagement.

Job Requirement

  • University (BA) or (BS) with 3-5 years experiences 
  • Knowledge of RBWM business, products, sales process, GFPF framework, SQ Policies and prevailing Global SQ Frameworks   
  •  Proactive and strong interpersonal skills with highly developed capacity to influence Business stakeholders
  •  Strong communication, presentation and influencing skills are required
  •  Fluent English/Vietnamese speaking  
  •  Keen attention to details and data accuracy
  •  Ability to prioritise and work independently under pressure within team environment
  •  Proven problem solving skills with ability to consider alternative and innovative solutions
  •  Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, and HSBC core systems are advantages
