Job Description

Retail Banking and Wealth Management serves more than 50 million customers worldwide with a complete range of banking and wealth management services to enable them to manage their finances and protect and build their financial futures. It is a global business that brings together management responsibility for Retail Banking, Wealth Management, Insurance and Asset Management with a focus on customer-centric propositions and innovative and efficient distribution channels.

We are currently seeking an ambitious individual to join this team in the role of CRM and Analytics Manager, RBWM

In this role, you will:

• Plan and implement all CRM projects with the Regional and/or relevant business units so as to deliver a highly efficient CRM & Analytics platform to increase profitability and sales number for all different products and sales forces
• Ensure that the approach is collective and comprehensive, considering people, processes, culture and systems
• Assist Vice President (AVP) CRM & Analytics to utilize customer data to actively prepare product treatments to optimise value for both customer and Bank in line with our customer propositions
• Collaborate with other team members to integrate and enhance CRMS usage as part of customer management and sales process, including processes and system improvements
•  Support VP CRM and Analytics to run initiatives/campaigns across all sales channels, including self-service, online channel, lead-bank program…
• Support VP CRM and Analytics to Standardize all CRM core process/workflow. Maintain regular data cleaning and data integrity programs to ensure that RBWM database continues to have high data integrity
• Work on assigned regional/local projects
• Monitor & suggest solution to improve RBWM customer database integrity when required

Job Requirement

To be successful in the role, you should meet the following requirements:   

   • Bachelor Degree with 2-5 years experience in banking, finance or related industry
   • Familiar with CRMS and SQL programming (preferably SQL in SAS)
   • Good time management, good communication skill
   • Able to meet tight deadlines and multitask
   • Excellent analytical capabilities
   • Exhibit strong interpersonal skills.
   • Must be independent worker as well as a good team player
